Job Post: Experienced Landscape/Hardscape Construction Installer
Job Type: Full-time - Year-round salary for potential
Position Overview
We’re looking for an Experienced Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing high-quality hardscape features, working with materials like natural stone, pavers, and concrete. You’ll be part of a skilled crew that builds stunning outdoor spaces for homeowners who value quality and design.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
- Prepare and grade sites for hardscape installation
- Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stonework
- Installation of plant material, including trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Set proper base materials and ensure proper drainage
- Cut and fit stone, pavers, and other materials with precision
- Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and compactors
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Other work as directed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in hardscape installation
- Strong knowledge of paver and stone installation techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape construction equipment
- Understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation
- A keen eye for detail, quality, and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Experience with low voltage lighting and irrigation a plus
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in a job well done, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
- Learn proper grading, drainage, and material installation techniques
- Operate hand tools and basic landscape equipment
- Help load and unload materials at job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Interest in landscaping, hardscaping, or outdoor construction
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
- No prior experience required—just a desire to grow in the field
- Valid driver’s license
